370z Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 370z platform. By registering or using any of the services provided, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 370z platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 370z platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Use of this platform is subject to you being at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. 370z reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If there is any inconsistency between different language versions of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence for users in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Registration & Eligibility
To register an account on 370z, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 370z will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 370z platform agree to use the services solely for lawful entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the platform or the servers operating it.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or the betting process.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party.
- Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
370z reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice in certain cases.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Currency
All transactions on the 370z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local online banking, Boost, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to you and are not derived from unlawful activities. 370z reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
Withdrawals & Processing Conditions
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stipulated, depending on your chosen payment method and VIP tier. All withdrawals are subject to compliance checks that may require the submission of identity verification documents. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Any bonuses or promotions received may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted — specific conditions are stated in each promotional offer.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
370z shall not be liable for any indirect losses, incidental damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties, including any guarantee of uninterrupted service. 370z's maximum total liability to any user in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 370z platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 370z or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written consent from 370z.
Third-Party Links
The 370z platform may contain links to third-party services, such as game software providers. 370z has no control over the content or privacy practices of such third parties and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from the use of their services.
Account Policy & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
370z reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe, or upon request by the relevant authorities. A temporary suspension may be imposed while an investigation is ongoing. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be subject to review before a withdrawal is permitted.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
370z reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the designated process.
